Excellent service, lovely accommodations, and will be back often The resort was very well appointed. The staff was professional and attentive to our every need. The decor was a pleasant mix of vintage furnishings and just enough modern touches. The shuttle service was a great bonus and the staff willing to help in any way possible. Although we did not eat in the dining room it appeared pleasant and inviting. I will recommend the resort to any of my out of town relatives or guests that are visiting the Phoenix area. ENVIRONMENT: The Fiesta has a lovely layout. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub relaxing and as a "gym rat" in my own hometown, the workout facility is sufficient as my gym away from home. Comfortable bedding including duvet covers which are always clean make the rooms pristine and sleeping a sure thing! The rustic décor leaves you feeling as though you're out west. STAFF: The staff at the hotel are exceptional; they cool the rooms before guests arrive and remember those who are frequent guests. The Milagros Restaurant staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the Cobb salad is fabulous! Van service picks up at the airport, gives driving directions and willingly delivers guests to restaurants. We go to Phoenix just about every other weekend for business and this hotel is our number one fav! My husband works and I play with my son at the pool. It couldn't be better. The rooms are so clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, the restaurant is very good... nothing to complain about. They are 100% consistent. Every time we stay here we have the same GREAT experience.
