- Fiesta Ballroom, the new standard for large events in Tempe, featuring 7,300 square feet of space with 25’ceilings, stunning lighting fixtures and warm wood accents throughout the room.
- Galleria Ballroom, featuring 3,600 square feet of space, highlighted by beautiful copper and stained glass accenting, and seats 240 for a banquet.
- Encantada Ballroom, featuring 2,200 square feet of space, wonderful copper ceiling and wall fixtures and opens up into a poolside courtyard.
- Boardroom, seats 16 in stylish fashion with plush leather chairs and wood accents. The ideal place for the important meeting.
- Coronado, Redrock, and Tempe are three convenient and well appointed break out rooms in the conference center. They range in size from 1,100 to 1,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 75 classroom style.
- Lobby, featuring 4,600 square feet of space as you enter the conference center and highlighted by a glass-encased triangular waterfall. A great location for exhibits, coffee breaks, and cocktail receptions.
- Outdoor Promenade, features 4,500 square feet of covered outdoor space that seats up to 200 for banquets. Ideal for getting your group to enjoy the great Arizona weather.
- Sunrise Patio, features 2,500 square feet of covered space and seats up to 150 for banquets.
- Raintree Boardroom, seats 12 and is adjacent to Milagros restaurant.
- Mesquite Boardroom, seats 12 and is adjacent to the Encantada Ballroom. Ideal for an office or headquarters room.
- Eagle’s Nest is an ideal location for a Hospitality Room and seats 20 for an intimate dinner.
- Milagros Patio, located adjacent to our restaurant, offers 2,100 square feet of space featuring a fireplace and a koi pond. Great choice for an intimate reception or outdoor lunch.
