Our Phoenix convention center offers a wide range of flexible spaces and room. Choose from intimate corporate boardrooms to outdoor casual settings and large ballrooms to host hundreds of guests in style and comfort.

Fiesta Ballroom -

7,300 square feet of space with 25'ceilings, stunning lighting fixtures, and warm wood accents throughout the room.

Galleria Ballroom -

Featuring 3,600 square feet of space, beautiful copper and stained glass accenting, and banquet seats for up to 240 guests.

Encantada Ballroom -

Featuring 2,200 square feet of space that opens up into a poolside courtyard.

Boardroom -

This room seats 16 in stylish fashion with plush leather chairs and wood accents. For important meetings in Phoenix, this room is your best option.

Coronado, Redrock, and Tempe -

Three convenient and well appointed break out rooms in the conference center. They range in size from 1,100 to 1,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 75 guests in a classroom layout.

Lobby -

Featuring 4,600 square feet of space as you enter the conference center this dramatic space is centered around a glass-encased triangular waterfall. This Phoenix venue space is perfect for exhibits, coffee breaks, and cocktail receptions.

Outdoor Promenade -

4,500 square feet of covered outdoor space that seats up to 200 for banquets. To experience an ideal Phoenix party venue, this space will give guests a taste of the gorgeous Arizona climate.

Sunrise Patio -

Featuring 2,500 square feet of covered space, this comfortable outdoor space seats up to 150 for banquets and receptions.

Raintree Boardroom -

Adjacent to Milagros restaurant, this meeting space seats up to 12 people.

Mesquite Boardroom -

Seats 12 and is adjacent to the Encantada Ballroom. This space is ideal for an office or headquarters room.

Eagle's Nest -

If you need a Hospitality Room, this is the perfect location. Or you can use it for an intimate dinner serving 20 guests.

Milagros Patio -

Located adjacent to our restaurant, this outdoor space offers 2,100 square feet featuring a roaring fireplace and a koi pond. This is a great choice for an intimate reception or outdoor lunch.
